Today, one year ago, was the second day we met Ava. Wow, was that a hard day. Our flight wasn't scheduled to leave until tomorrow afternoon, so after our visit we all had to go our separate ways...yikes... I wanted to just take her in my arms forever and never let her go. I still feel that way today.
I just squeeze her and kiss her cheeks a thousand times a day. I know I keep saying that but I can't get enough of her. The other night we were drive home and a car had a bumper sticker that read "Avaholic"...referring to our hockey team the Avs...
Adam said I am an "Ava holic" too...lol. It has been a great time in our lives only to keep getting better and better. Thanks for reading and being a part of it.
